岛礁

Nanhua Island(Cornwallis South Reef), which lies in the middle of Nansha Islands(the Spratly Islands), to the southwest of Wumie Jiao(Pigeon Reef), and to the east of Yinqing Qunjiao(London Reefs), was invaded by Vietnam in 1988 and occupied by it since then. It is long in pattern, about 9500m in length, 4000m in width, and lies from northwest to southeast.

In 2014, Vietnam built 2 watchtowers on the reef.

In 2016, Vietnam started to reclaim land from the sea, which has reached an area of 0.017km2.

Anbo Shazhou(Amboyna Cay/An Bang Island), which lies in the middle-south of Nanwei Island(Spratly Island) of Nansha Islands(the Spratly Islands), was invaded by South Vietnam in 1974 After the reunification of Vietnam in 1975, It has been a Vietnamese-occupied island up to today. It is long in shape, about 160m in length, 140m in width, and lies from the south to north.

By 2014, 10 buildings of various kinds had been built, including facilities such as a watchtower, a wharf and a beach disturbance, etc.

Guihan Jiao(Collins Reef/Johnson North Reef), which lies in the southwest of Jiuzhang Qunjiao(Union Banks and Reef) of Nansha Islands(the Spratly Islands), was invaded by Vietnam in 1988 and occupied by it since then. The Reef is of a 4-angel pattern, about 2200m long and 1100m wide, and lies from northwest to southeast.

In 2015, a runway was newly built.

From 2016 to 2018, a new watchtower was built in the east of the former one.

Nanwei Island(Spratly Island), which lies in the southwest of Yinqing Qunjiao(London Reefs) of Nansha Islands(the Spratly Islands), was invaded by South Vietnam in 1974 and occupied by Vietnam since its reunification. It is of a triangle pattern, 1350m long, 550m wide, and lies from northeast to southwest.

Since 2015, Vietnam has started further reclamation, which has reached an area of over 0.15km2. Meanwhile, the runway has been enlarged, and facilities such as a harbor basin, a wharf, a 111, a radar, 111 and barracks have been built.
