Bisheng Jiao (Pearson Reef)

Bisheng Jiao (Pearson Reef), which lies to the northwest of Anbo Shazhou(Amboyna Cay) of Nansha Islands (Spratly Islands) and to the south of Shipanzai Jiao (Maralie Reef), was invaded by Vietnam in 1978 and has been a Vietnamese-occupied island up to today. It is long in shape, about 9200m in length, 200m in width, and lies from the northeast to southwest.

Since 2016, Vietnam has started the reclamation of sea which has covered an area of 0.024km2.

Meanwhile, about 10 buildings of various kinds have been built, including facilities such as a radar station, a helipad, a wharf, a watchtower, and etc.
