Chen Cihang, Lecturer of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He received Ph.D. of International Law from Wuhan University. His research interests focus on China-U.S. maritime security, South China Sea issues and the Law of the Sea. He has published a number of papers in Journal of Contemporary Asia-Pacific Studies, Journal of International Studies, Southeast Asian Studies and etc.
